1.  Privacy:  Soler Legal LLC is committed to protecting individual’s privacy rights.  This Privacy Policy governs and describes the manner in which Soler Legal LLC, a limited liability company under the laws of Pennsylvania (“we” or the “Firm”), collects, uses, maintains, manages, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of www.solerlegal.com (the “Website”).  This privacy policy applies to the Website and all products and services offered by the Firm, including, but not limited to Trademark Boom! online services.  The Firm encourages all visitors of the Website to regularly and carefully review this Privacy Policy to clearly understand how we will manage or treat the information provided to the Firm while visiting the Website. This Privacy Policy clearly explains your choices regarding the use of any information collected and may be amended or updated from time to time.  

2.  Personal Information:  “Personal Information” is any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate a particular individual Website user. The Firm, as the data controller, may collect such information and will collect, manage, and maintain such information pursuant to this Privacy Policy.  As a visitor of the Website, you are welcome to explore the Website anonymously and to review the products and services we offer without providing any Personal Information.  However, when you purchase goods or services from the Website, including Trademark Boom! trademark services, the Firm may collect certain information related to your transaction, including, but not limited to, your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, payment billing information, (e.g., credit card number, card type, expiration address, billing address). 3.  Other Information:  As is the case with most websites, the Firm may collect certain technical information, including web browser, computer operating system, internet service provider, during your visit in order to conduct Firm business, improve user experience, or when you engage us to provide our legal or other services.  The Firm may use this information to facilitate and track your use of the Website and its services to better understand the needs of our customers.

5.  How Your Personal Information is Used:  The Firm collects certain information to facilitate and permit certain transactions, including purchase transactions and services rendered via the Firm’s Trademark Boom! service, as well as to improve our products, services, and overall user experience.  The Firm does not sell, lease, or rent your information with third parties in any way other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy.  The Firm may also share your information, including information related to your use of the Firm’s Trademark Boom! service, with certain third-party companies that may perform services on our behalf and we only share information necessary to perform such services. The Firm may use this information to:

  • Provide legal services and process financial transactions;
  • Send you order confirmations;
  •  Respond to inquiries;
  • Administer your account;
  • Keep you informed of sales, discounts, and promotions;
  • Investigate illegal activities;  
  • Improve customer service and user experience (e.g., via targeted advertising);
  • Comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or other legal process.

6.  Opting Out:  If you would like to opt out of receiving email updates, advertisements, promotions, discounts, or newsletters from the Firm or any Firm services, please contact the Firm at asoler@solerlegal.com or follow the “unsubscribe” instructions provided on the bottom portion of any email sent to you.    

7.  Data Retention:  The Firm will retain your information for as long as your information is required to provide you products or services, or as long as such information is required to comply with or fulfill our legal obligations. 8.  Protection of Your Personal Information:  The Firm is committed to protecting our customers’ personal information and avails itself of technical and other measures provided by our website and email hosts to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.  Sensitive and private data exchange between the Website and you happen over a Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) data encryption protected with digital signatures.  Although the Firm strives to protect all information provided to us, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure so we cannot guarantee your information’s absolute security.    

9.  Revisions to This Privacy Policy and Acceptance of Terms:  The Firm may revise, update, or otherwise amend this Privacy Policy from time to time as necessary.

10.  Links to Third-Party Websites:  Please note that our Website may contain links to third-party websites whose privacy management and policies may differ from those of the Firm’s.  In the event you submit personal information to any third-party linked website, your information is governed by their privacy policies.  As such, the Firm encourages you to review the privacy policy of any website you may visit via link or otherwise.  For example, the Firm uses third-party payment processors for payments submitted via our Trademark Boom! online platform. 

11.  Children and Minors:  The Firm does not solicit or collect Personal Information from any person under the age of 18.  If you are under the age of 18, do not enter or otherwise provide any information on this Website or engage in any services (or purchase products) on the Website.  If you believe your child under the age of 18 may have entered personal information, please contact us at asoler@solerlegal.com to have the data removed. 

12.  Privacy Complaints:  Users and customers in certain countries, including the European Economic Area and European Union (“EU”), have certain rights regarding their personal information.  Subject to any exemptions provided for by law, users in these countries may request access to their information and may request that the Firm:

  • Provide you access to your personal information and other information that this Privacy Policy is already designed to address;
  • Correct any mistakes in your information;
  • Erase personal information upon your request;
  • Refrain from using your information for direct marketing purposes upon your request;
  • Update, delete (“right to be forgotten”), amend, or otherwise correct such information. 

To the extent that our Firm’s handling of your Personal Information is subject to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the Firm refers to the legitimate needs and reasons described in this Privacy Policy to process your information and data.  If you believe our Firm has not complied with its Privacy Policy if you object to our use of your Personal Information, you may contact our DPO at any time at asoler@solerlegal.com with the email subject heading “Data Protection Officer.”
